As an Engineer

“A dream teammate” is what comes to mind when I think about Adish and his time at Tesla. I was fortunate enough to work closely with Adish on several projects for Tesla’s vehicle diagnostic software, and he consistently demonstrated that he is a strong engineer with a great attitude.

On multiple occasions, Adish showed tremendous amounts of compassion for our end-users. Shortly after joining the team, he took it upon himself to create an in-app “help center”, aimed at making onboarding to our platform easier for users. This was very well received from new users, and was just the first of many impactful initiatives led by Adish. He also spent countless hours meeting with our end-users, both virtually and in-person, to better understand their workflows and identify areas of improvement. The insights that Adish gathered from being a strong advocate for users ensured that we were prioritizing our work in an informed way, and planning projects with appropriate requirements.

Adish was an incredibly reliable teammate. He consistently completed what he committed to, and on time. Even when our team faced tight deadlines for a big launch on our external platform, Adish worked tirelessly so that no features were compromised in the release, even when not all features were expected to be completed in time for the launch. When the pressure is high to figure out problems quickly and keep making progress, Adish is the type of person you want on your team.
